Bet Cancellation Scenarios:

• If a match is cancelled or suspended and not rescheduled within 48 hours.
• If a bet was accepted due to incorrect odds or a technical error.
• If the sports data provider reports incorrect information.

If a bet is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded to your account. For accumulator bets, if one leg is cancelled, the bet will be settled based on the remaining legs.

All FairPari bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Rollover requirement: the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 5 times.

• Cashback: Cashback is paid on net losses over a defined period. The rollover requirement on cashback bonuses is 1x.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device.
• If the rollover requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Deliberately placing opposing bets to exploit bonus offers (arbitrage).
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

FairPari reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions.
• For registering with false information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• As required by law or regulatory directive.

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal (excluding bonus funds).
